This is an opportunity to experience Michael Pope’s (owner of Audio Video Interiors) 20,000 sq ft facility, which features a fully-functioning, model home design center inside the showroom.
What are the “Great Ideas Meetings?”
These small-group gatherings are an excellent opportunity to interact with experts and industry colleagues to exchange ideas and discuss solutions that work. It’s like having a day of free access to business consultants. Each one-day “Great Ideas Meeting” will focus on five of today’s business issues identified by members. In this highly-interactive setting, you can ask questions and get answers that help you and your business.
Here are the 5 thoughtful and timely questions raised by members that we’ll address during the “Great Ideas Meetings”:

Many of you have first-hand experience in answering these questions. I’m asking you to share those experiences. Because each of these questions must fit in a financial context, I’ve asked Pat Johnson and Dick Outcalt of Outcalt & Johnson: Retail Strategists, LLC to moderate. Both are Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and co-founders of The Retail Owners Institute®.
Who should attend?
If you sell products and carry inventory, you should attend. We’ll be tackling “Owners’ Issues.” Owners, presidents and CEOs should attend.COOs, GMs, any senior management with fiscal and inventory responsibility are invited.
How much does it cost?

Fly into nearby Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Plan to arrive on Tuesday, June 19, to attend the evening “Mixer” with complimentary light food and beverages. Get to meet the other attendees before we kick-off at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. Lunch will be served on Wednesday and we’ll end our day by 3:30 p.m.
